Please consider the size of the glass snap. It is about the size of a nickel. Artwork (logos, lettering, designs, graphic art with solid colors) tends to produce better results than photos, especially photos with people or animals in it. Snaps that have a lot of letters / words generally do not fit or display well. If you are not sure how your design submission might look in a snap, please contact us prior to placing an order to share your idea with us so we can provide you with feedback.

Quality

Please make every attempt to find or create the highest possible quality for your design submission. The better the quality of your submission, the better your snap will look. Image enhancement services should not be expected. In some cases, we can try to create a new version of your idea in a higher, more professional quality, but this is not always the case and should also not generally be expected.

Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Although we welcome all ideas, we reserve the right to deny submissions at our discretion due to content that is seen as insensitive in nature (insensitive/foul language, explicit content, etc.) Ensure that you have the right to use the images you submit or request.
